While stunned = immune to fear

Hello there, Im pretty sure theres nothing u can do about, but I just had to try.

As subject says, when somebodys stunned, hes immune to fear. Fearing in duels is kinda lucky cuz theres a small time u must wait to fear after shadowfury, especially vs rogues that automatically kick, etc.

Core related, sorry. I don't think it'll be fixed soon anyway really since they support 3.0 now. But they add some fixes to 2.4.3 often, but usually core stabilization.
