Weapon Bug - Shard of Azzinoth

[Jealousy]

What is it?: http://www.wowhead.com/item=32471/shard-of-azzinoth The Proc is suppose to summon an ember of azzinoth which attack the target.

What does it do?: Summons the ember but the ember will not attack and is not attackable.
