I commented in a post about this and then I lost it and I have no idea where it is. So...

Swimming doesn't work, you can't dive. So you can't complete the quest (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10628) and get the epic title. Well, there are all kinds of things you can't do because you can't swim, this is just one of them.

Have you tried pressing X?

Yeah, many times actually on many different characters. It starts to go down for a split second and then I'm instantly back on top.

Related to Warden, I will fix someday.

For now just Right Click while swiming to pitch you down.
