Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)

How can you reproduce it?
Accept Quest (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10047) Proceed to Path of Glory, observe.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
There should be an object (http://www.wowhead.com/object=182789/trampled-skeleton) which you can interact with using (http://www.wowhead.com/item=25889)
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
The object is not present.
