Bugs in the Violet Tower, Netherstorm

I didn't use the sticky forum because... well it isn't relevant in this case. But this is TBC server and these are database issues... I think.

1.) When you enter the Violet tower, you're supposed to receive a debuff (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=34102) when you enter, unless you have completed a long quest chain (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10176). For lore purposes, the debuf is very important, and it's part of the main idea behind the entire area.

2.) Archmage Vargoth's scrying orb is missing.
