Dual Issues, Probably Related

I'm listing these bugs together because I think they might be related:

What server is this on? Wrath or TBC?

What is the bug?
Quest (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10924) When you kill the warp chasers with Zeppit out (http://www.wowhead.com/item=31815), nothing happens. I killed several on two different occasions, and consistently nothing happens. Also, I'm doing it correctly, as this is the same way I did it on retail.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
Yes.
How can you reproduce it?
Accept the quest from Sab'aoth (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=22479) in Cosmowrench. Fly over to the area of ground in between Cosmowrench and Tepmtest Keep. Use Zeppit's Crystal (http://www.wowhead.com/item=31815) to summon Zeppit. Kill Warp Chaser.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Zeppit has a little animation that he does, and (http://www.wowhead.com/item=31813) appears in your inventory.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
Absolutely nothing. When you kill the Warp Chaser (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=18884), Zeppit doesn't do anything, as if you never killed it at all.

Now the second quest bug:

Quest (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=11093) This is similar to the above. When you kill (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=23219) with the Hungry Nether Ray (http://www.wowhead.com/item=32834) out, the Nether Ray should eat or something, I've never done it on retail so IDK, but SOMETHING should happen.

Accept the quest, summon nether ray, kill warp chaser.

The hungry nether ray should do something, and your quest update should show 1/10

Nothing happens, exactly like in the quest that I posted above.

I think this is probably scripting related so probably won't get fixed. I did add spell: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=39244 to the imp NPC, who knows maybe it'll work and he'll cast it.

Will tell you the uptime, if you ever see it go down it'll mean the server crashed and restarted at some point.
