Insightful Earthstorm Diamond TBC

Note that this post is heavily based on wowhead comments(and I suggest you read these comments), and because of it it can have flaws...

So I ran 2 tests first with 180 casts and second with 1000 casts of Flash of Light talented with illumination.
It procced 7 times.
7/180=3.888%
7/(180+52)=7/232=3.012%
It procced 38 times.
38/1000=3.8% - proc chance.
38/(1000+271)=7/1271=2.989% - if it accually can proc of illumination currently, 271 being the number of crits.
The proc rate seems to be lower than 5% it is assumed to proc at, ofc I could have been extremly unlucky.
According to wowhead comments on it, it should proc of illumination, now it probably doesn't, never saw a double proc from a crit heal yet.
One comment even states it can proc of itself, I have never seen this happen either.
Atleast two comments say it can proc of seal added damage and seal procs. Haven't seen that happen either.
It should probably proc of procing trinkets/ring, haven't seen this happen yet.
I don't know about mage clearcasting(or anything else of this kind), I haven't tested.
What I can confirm I saw this gem proc from is: activating/refreshing seal, changing aura, buffing, mounting up, judgement, most other paladin spellcasts, using portal to battlemaster/mall, hearthstone, logging in :D?(either this or caused by reaplication of auras or buffs), learning a talent.
Im not entirely sure but I think I saw it proc from drinking a pot, and using a trinket.
As I assume it works at this moment, that it can proc from anyhting you can click, but not from anything you can proc, such as illumination or mages clearcasting.
I haven't tested classes other than paladin yet.

Well according to wowhead comments it is 5% chance to proc since patch 2.3.Insightful Earthstorm Diamond. 2% chance to restore 300 mana on spellcast.
