Badge of Justice -> Honor

When I want change badge of justice for honor points, I should obtain 4464 honor points. But, I obtain only +-2232 honor points. Can some GM look on it ?

I obtain exactly 2148 honor points, when I want change Badge of Justice to Honor Points. it's quite a little annoying, because everything take long time. I really appreciate to fix of this bug.

It is not a bug, it is a change that have been implemented in the last update.
