Well, on the TBC realm I've tryed to change the password like Many times, I've tryed by the Account Manger also In-Game but noone of them works.Also with the pass i were useing In-Game i could not acces in the Account Pannel.I would like to get a help with this.

Don't use the account manager, use the in-game method.

I did like 200 times lol, I can't change it...Could you explain me why :P?

The encryption will sometimes get bugged up and not read correctly. If you want we can reset the password for you to something (just have to prove you're the owner of the account) and then once it re-encrypts a new password it will usually fix that little bug.

Well sure but I've trade my priest for that shity acc and that guy still logging on it also i don't own the e-mail of that acc.What I have to do?

Well then it makes it quite difficult, this is why we can't support trading accounts really. Only real way would be for him to either write us approval for you to get the password changed, or he even request a email change on the account to yours. But that would have to be discussed between you both and it seems he doesn't mind logging back into his account.

Well he playing the acc often and disconecting me, also he send a e-mail to [email protected] about if you could change the pass into (something) but still no Message from you :P.I think he also wanted to get Pass change on the Acc Manager , the account name is Tvetenxxx.

I respond to all emails that come into that address.
