Hi you guys,

i believe there´s some formula issue going on with ice barrier on the BC-server. it absorbs the correct amount as the rank indicates, but apparently does not factor in spellpower, leading it to absorb approx. 40% less damage. could you take a look at this? :)

If I remember correctly, Ice Barrier scales with 10% of your spell damage (you can go look at patchnotes or something similar), and it should be working good here.
