Circular attack (war) Bug

I want to point out that the warrior talent, circular attack, no longer activate.
Could you do something to fix this?

sweeping strikes is severely bugged and therefore disabled

How 'bout it gets fixed instead of blocking it for weeks.

it was bugged and available for months for retards to abuse

How 'bout it had been fixed instead of letting retards abuse it.
But I'm starting to worry if that leads anywhere if it took them months to bloody disable it, serious business.
