Battleground Quest Bugs

Hello.
I'm new on the server.Played for 2 days.At first when i started playing i did the battleground quests which need x10 marks for every battleground . Did the quests.Then i saw that i can get them again and i did.I got x10 marks for every battleground but the problem came when i tried to return the quests.I had the marks in my bag but i couldn't return them.I tried to delete them from my quest log but then i saw that the quests weren't there.I deleted my cashe folder went in again but still i couldn't do anything.Please fix the quest bug because it is REALLY hard for me to get honor fast.If you cant fix it just put an item that gives honor in exchange of marks.
