paladins talents bug

first one is about repentance as it should remove the righteous vengeance and repentance the target but it does not remove it so target come out of repentance immediatly
second is about sanctified retribution is about to give 3% damage in all auras as it write but only gives
when only retribution aura is on not in other auras
