no racial priest spells?

hi, i noticed that the racial priest spells are not working. i don't mean racial spells like shadowmeld. each race that can make a priest learns at level 10 and 20 some very nice spells. human for example has desperate prayer, dwarf has desperate prayer and chasiste, hordes have some other spells. these spells (atleast for human and dwarf) are aqquired by doing a quest. but thats not the problem. because when you make a priest, you can accept that quest at the class trainer, the quest has been changed abit so that you can complete it right after you accept it. but now comes the problem. when you complete it the trainer in stormwind or ironforge doesn't learn you the spell (i'm talking about desperate prayer, chasiste is just gone). doesn't matter what spec you are, that spell is awesome in pvp and it is not fair to not have it. pls fix this problem.
