Mass Dispel - Major Bug

What server is this on? Wrath or TBC?

What is the bug?
Spell - Mass Dispel doesn't work properly. http://www.wowhead.com/spell=32375

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
Spell issue.

How can you reproduce it?
By casting multiple Mass Dispels on a bubbled paladin with no buffs(magic) but aura and seals.

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
The Mass Dispel is suppose to remove the paladin's bubble if he got no other buffs (like Blessing of Kings etc). However the Mass Dispel attempts to remove one of the following spells instead of removing the bubble :
http://www.wowhead.com/spell=19746 (Any Aura) (Less likely)
http://www.wowhead.com/spell=20166 (Any Seal) (More likely)
Those two spells linked above is not under any circumstances possible to dispel by anything in game, can only be removed by the user himself!

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
The Mass Dispel attempts to remove one(or both) of the linked spells above INSTEAD of the bubble(keep in mind that the pally don't got ANY other buffs except his (not magic effect)-buffs!
Result is that pally keeps his bubble, and this can continue for the next 3+ Mass Dispel's.
(Quote from the retail forum : "....DESIGNED to dispel immunites (ds, ice block) first. ")

Obs, the bug could also be within the Aura/Seal, as if they somehow was scripted/programed(?) to be as a "Magic Effect" but still can't be dispelled... gotta take that to consideration as well)

This bug is CRUCIAL for us 2xDPS teams high up in arena where there are mostly Hpally/Warrior teams!
Please see how this ruins the game for us and please look into it :o

Confirmed, my Priest sometimes sits on a Paladin having to mass dispel 3 or more times when he's bubbled, really takes away alot of GCD's and time.
