Shadowstep

Hey, I've been recently made aware of the anti- hack system, which sometimes bugs out shadowstep. Is there a trick to getting it to work 100% of the time? Like maybe not popping sprint and shs at the same time? I'd really like to play shs, but I can't rely on it atm. Any help would be appreciated.
