Rogue

i could make a big list of other classes too but i'll keep it to rogue for today... not in the mood of spending hours @ this.
so:

first of all, and this is not only for rogue but they're the ones who suffer most out of it: DODGE:
ALL meele attacks should be able to be dodged from the front. "ALL" includes Kidney Shot, Bash (druid), gouge, kinda everything that is a Meele attack.

second: Relentless strikes. VERY crucial for a rogue. fix it. (doesn't give the 25 energy when u use a finishing move)

third: Ruthlessness. (not giving a explanation after every talent, it would take hours... just look up the talent and the effect isn't working...)

fourth: Puncturing wounds: no bonus critical strike rating

fifth: one of the most important ones: Seal Fate

six: Find weakness. this does work on eviscerate but not on ks... dunno exactly when and when not but i'm sure it doesn't ALWAYS work on finishing moves... (like it should)

seven: MUTILATE! the 50% bonus damage effect when the target has poisons (rogue poisons but also other poisons like hunter poisons)

That was ONE of the THREE talent trees of rogue... i'll do the other 2 some other time

As Endania said, yes, when we move to OregonCore all of this will be fixed.
