Paladin prot bugs.

I find some bugs and don't working spells/items and paladin prot. There are some of that:
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=20182 don't work- i can't see double damage
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29388- don't work
Redoubt- work, but (for me) too seldom
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32368 don't work ( repair it, this is the best libram for tank please!!!)
