What is the bug? Ice barrier and mana shield, probly even other absorb shields.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core, since they're spells.
How can you reproduce it? Cast the spell...
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Icebarrier doesn't scale with spellpower like its supposed to, and manashield eats way more of your mana than its really supposed to.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: Wrong absorption amount.

What is the bug? Evasion.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Probably core, since a spell is bugging.
How can you reproduce it? ... cast evasion and have a warrior slap you.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Your supposed to have 50% increased dodge.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: All special attacks (mortal strike, crusader strike, slam, heroic strike, you name it) goes through evasion, they should be dodged but they never get dodged.

What is the bug? Inner fire.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Cast innerfire, put power word: shield on you and tell someone to melee you.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Inner fire, you shouldn't be losing charges when hit on power word: shield.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: When you cast inner fire on yourself, you lose charges even though you have power word: shield active.

What is the bug? Stuck (possibly by emulated warden)
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) I have no clue.
How can you reproduce it? Keep moving when ress timer goes to 0 and you get ressed.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: You're not supposed to get stuck.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: You start warping back and forth, and can't move untill you're killed (unless you charge, intervene, intercept, blink and whatnot).

What is the bug? Pets.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Probly core again.
How can you reproduce it? Make your pet attack your target.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: The pets aren't supposed to pass through LoS objects (e.g. nagrand arena pillars)
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: All pets run through LoS objects.

What is the bug? Water elemental.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Make your water elemental start casting waterbolts and try to use the 'freeze' ability.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: You are supposed to be able to cast 'Freeze' while its casting waterbolts.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: Well... You can't cast freeze while its casting waterbolts.

What is the bug? Vanish
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core
How can you reproduce it? Try vanishing a spell that doesn't have air time. (A spell flying over the air, say frostbolt).
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: You're supposed to be able to 'vanish spells' if you vanish at the split second the spell is casted.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: If you try vanishing spells like fireball, you can do it with no problem because it flies over the air. But if you try to vanish a polymorph, you can't because it just instantly brings you out of vanish. (If you think our testing just had bad timing, ask any rogue on the server who has brains).

What is the bug? Stealth.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core
How can you reproduce it? I'm not sure what triggers it.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: You're supposed to stay stealthed.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: Sometimes (again, don't know what triggers it) you become visible in stealth, like you were in your opponents party. It can definately ruin arena games.

What is the bug? Dispel resistance.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Probly core.
How can you reproduce it? You dispel everything on the first try, say pain suppression, which gives noticeable amount of dispel resistance.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Even multiple dispels/spellsteals can be resisted, depending on the buffs.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: You spellsteal/dispel everything on first try.

What is the bug? Stun resistance
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Playing Smolderforge for a long time (nearly from the start) I have barely ever seen stuns resisted. And it shouldn't be uncommon ESPECIALLY against warriors and priests.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Stuns gets resisted.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: Stuns should be able to get resisted.

What is the bug? Dispelling.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? By dispelling iceblocks and bubbles with normal dispel.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: A yellow text saying "Immune" should pop up when you try to dispel (normal) an iceblock or pally bubble. Only way to dispel iceblock and bubble should be mass dispel.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: You just instantly dispel the pallybubble/iceblock.

What is the bug? Grounding totem.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Slap grounding totem down and try to DoT it.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Grounding totem should poff (dissapear) as you do any spell on it. Right now, it doesn't get destroyed by one spell. (DoTs particularly, it gets destroyed on something like: icelance).
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: The buff icon and grounding totem just stays down when you DoT it, it just says "Immune" and the DoT won't appear on the shaman.

What is the bug? Lifebloom doesn't stack correctly.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Stack up lifebloom and look for yourself.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: Lifebloom stack should heal more often, and not stack up and heal a bigger number like it's healing now, really difficult to explain.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: Your lifeblooms lose a ton of healing with this. Again, really hard to explain, I'll let someone else explain this if anyone knows a better wording for it.

What is the bug? The trinket The Lightning Capacitator.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Probly database.
How can you reproduce it? Equip the trinket and go crit some mobs at IoQD.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: When the trinket stacks to 3, it should fire a lightning bolt.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: The trinket just keeps infinitely stacking and never fires the lightning bolt.

What is the bug? The trinket, Blackened Naaru Sliver
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Database.
How can you reproduce it? Equip the trinket and go melee hit something till it procs.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: When the proc occurs, you should get a buff called "Battle Trance" (you do, but listen up), from that on, every melee and ranged attack will give you 44 attack power and it stacks up to 10 (440 attack power).
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: It procs and stacks up correctly, but it doesn't grant the attack power it says.

What is the bug? Warrior talent: rampage (last talent in fury).
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Spec into rampage, go hit something and use it.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: When you use the spell, you go on a rampage, increasing your attack power and causing most attacks to increase additional attack power (don't remember exact amount) stacking to 5. But what happens is the same as the trinket above.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: It doesn't grant the attack its supposed to.

What is the bug? Frost nova / entangling roots breaking.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Casting a frostnova / entangling roots on an enemy, and have say, rogue hit him.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: The nova and roots shouldn't dissapear on someone else's damage as quick as they do now. You can barely do an icelance before frostnova breaks if someone else is hitting the target.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: Both of the above spells break too easy.

What is the bug? Spells making other spells instant cast sometimes bug.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) Core.
How can you reproduce it? Use NS/PoM or whatever makes a spell instant cast, then get silenced or stunned and it won't cast it.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: When you activate spell like NS or PoM, they should make your next spell instant (not every spell though).
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: If you spam NS/PoM macro, you will have PoM/NS buff on yourself but nothing becomes instant cast, it can be really gamebreaking aswell. Other things that can bug it up is if you get silenced at the same time you try to land that instant healing touch or pyroblast.

What is the bug? Crowd control pathing, map issues.
Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item) I have no clue.
How can you reproduce it? Sheeping/blinding/fearing etc someone on BeM ramp, next to nagrand pillar or on top of lordaeron tomb will make them fall through the ground for like 10 seconds, giving the other team time to land a kill on his partner easily.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens: You should just stay on the ground, and not randomly fall through textures.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning: You get CC'd on a bad spot (named few earlier) and you fall through the world.

Thats all I can think of now, will add more when something pops up in my head.
