It's not 100%. Check neilyo's videos. There are a few instances where he does remain stealthed. (I'm pretty sure. Too lazy to re-check)

vanishing blind has to break the blind(wasn't like that when I was still on sf) and blind shouldn't have that delay(which it had when I played and probably still has)
