Reason: abusing an item which should only work against people under level 50.

Hi, if I remember right (and I'm pretty sure that I remember right b/c my Rsham mate looted this recipe at pre-tlk), Blizzard nerfed the item at 2.4.1 or 2.4.2 to reduce the proc on players with a level higher than 50 (with increasing reduction each level you reach, as some other items), at wotlk they nerfed again to avoid procs on players and mobs higher than 50.

"Only affects enemies level 50 and below." -> due to wowhead comments -> "Only works on mobs level 50 and below now." (Patch 2.4.1)
Note that nothing was said about players. I know thats not exact proof, just saying.

It shouldn't work on players. Same goes for all the items that is supposed to have a resist chance against players over lvlX, such as thorium granades, reflect trinkets, tidal charm etc. But none of that work here.

Actually i agree with you, but we still got no proofs for it. So that retard with 250k hks should find proofs first, and only then make a report. Because now this report is kinda "Blah blah Gnaar blah blah sleep wtf". He's just mad bcz he dont have recipe for it ;'(

Actually he stun me 4 times in a row with sleep without even casting anything. Even i'm not a beast to using hibernate. Magic dust sleep the target for 10 sec but 2 min cooldown. He actually using some bug bcz there isn't any trinket with such an options
