applez, i cant "place myself in henhouse shoe's" because i never got paid for being an admin, but for working hard in my real jobs. so its a whole other thing. if you are an admin of some realm for fun and fix every bug, do scripts and stuff to make players enjoy the game cant be compared to being an admin to get paid.
