It should only proc of initial dmg for example when you cast Mind Blast, Mind Flay, Shadow Word: Death, Shadowguard, Touch of Weakness or refresh one of your DoTs like Vampire Touch, Shadow Word: Pain or Devouring Plague. It should NOT proc of the DoT ticks.

Mace-stun may be broken. It's 100% irrelevant here though. If you want to test mace-stun, then by all means, do that, and make a thread about it.

Sorry but if the proc chance would be 50% instead of 10% then it should proc on every 2 spells I cast.

That is the most stupidest thing I've heard in a long time. Just because something has a 50% chance to proc does NOT mean it WILL proc every 2 spells you cast, fucking mongrel.

Yeah, that's why I was hitting the dummy for 30 minutes yesterday and it did not proc 50% but 10% as intended.

Go test it yourself before you even reply, the ONLY REASON it procs a lot more is because it can proc of the DoT ticks.

DoTs like Vampire Touch and Shadow Word:Pain Tick every 4 or 6 seconds? and they are on the target for like 24 seconds so that means it does like 4 ticks in 1 DoT you have 3 DoTs up most of the time + the initial dmg do the maths that are A LOT of spells and A LOT of chance it will proc Blackout. The chance of this spell is not increased with this new fix it ONLY procs of the DoT Ticks which it should not.
