What is the bug?
Flametongue Weapon enchant does not work at all.
What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
Spell.
How can you reproduce it?
Equip a weapon, enhance it with Flametongue Weapon, then hit something.
Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Flametongue Weapon shall infuse the weapon to deal X-Y fire damage on EVERY swing. The damage shall scale with spell damage and shall be greater the slower the weapon the shaman is using is.
Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
It does not do anything, you only get white hits.

I can upload a SS letter if there is a need, but this bug is too blatant to miss.
