Ice Barrier spell power scaling.

Not sure how this was missed...At all.

What is the bug?

Ice barrier isn't scaling with spell power.


What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)

How can you reproduce it?

Look at the tooltip.


Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:

Ice barriers absorb is only base, and doesn't add on the spell power bonus (IIRC it's meant to be Base + 60% or 80% of spell power, not sure off the top of my head)


Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:

Ice Barrier is meant to have a base absorb, and a small amount added based on spell power, (I'm using AT's tbc as a reference. It was scaling with spellpower there, how much I can't recall, as I said, I think it was around 60-80%)

Look at any TBC video of frost mages, do their ice barriers break after one melee attack from a warrior? Rofl

99% sure it's 80% in this patch.

It's 10% in 2.4.3 and working correctly.
