Channeling bugs

What is the bug?
There is something wrong with all channelling spells i.e. Mind Control doesn't work, Mind Flay doesn't work, Bandage doesn't work.

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)
I think this is a spell issue since it happened since last updates

How can you reproduce it?
By channeling Bandage, Mind Flay or Mind Control

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
The spells are supposed to work as intended.

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
When Mind Control bugs up, it just gets stuck on an infinite loop channeling doing nothing lol.
When Mind Flay bugs up, it just gets stuck on an infinite loop channeling lazers doing no dmg unless Timbal procs.
When Bandage bugs up it heals you for the amount it should but it also gets stuck on an infinite loop, it also consumes 1 bandage per 1 second of the cast.
