Benediction bug

Benediction (paladin tier 1 retribution talent, right side) is bugged. It doesn't decrease cost of Judgements, only decreases cost of Seals! Please fix it as soon as possible, so Judgements can cost 15% less mana!

In Server Updates 3.5 I believe we increased Paladin's base mana by 1000 anyway.
