I Was A Lot Of Things bugged quest

Today I've been trying to do the insanely long questchain to obtain the "champion of the naaru" title when I've figured out that the quest " I Was A Lot Of Things" isn't working.
Once you accept the quest you recieve a whistle which should be used upon a shadowmoon tuber and with a domesticated felboar near you. When you use the whistle, the boar should come there to eat the tuber and the tuber itself shall become lootable (with the shadowmoon tuber as item in the loot).
I've figured that there's only 1 spot where the tuber is near a boar and even if i do the things correctly, nothing happens and the tuber keeps not lootable.

The title has been disabled long time ago so I don't think that you can achieve it anymore nor take it with the quest line.

It used to be an old donation only title. But as far as I can tell it's unobtainable at this point.
