Thorium Brotherhood reputation

So, in order to raise your rep with the Thorium Brotherhood you should find a NPC named Lokhtos Darkbargainer. He is located in on of the floors at the Blackrock Depths.

The other thing is that you need the Shadowforge Key, which is acquired by a quest, to actually get to the NPC.

The main problem is that on the middle of that quest, when you're already at the Blackrock Depths, at the Ring of the Law, another important NPC named High Justice Grimstone appears to be bugged. That automatically gets your character stuck at the Ring without any chance of finishing the quest. Normally, High Justice Grimstone would move, starting an event by summoning some mobs, but no. He's just standing there, not doing anything. What is more, he should be an aggressive NPC, while here he's passive.

Use lockpicking - its the only way i found to reach thorium brotherhood NPC.

From what I remember, you can also charge a mob somewhere.
For the staff: please just unlock the doors or so.

Yeah, but only the the first door can be passed by charging a fire elemental. I agree with the idea you gave, tho.


Edit: I finally managed to get the key using blink by a mage + intervene to pass the Ring.
