Resto Shamman Healing Bugged

Since the core update several Resto Shamman abilities are scaling far better than they are supposed to with bonus healing.

Earthshield:

Before the update: ticks for ~1075 with 2300 bonus healing
After the update: ticks for ~1400 with 2300 bonus healing

Healing Steam totem:

Before the update: ticks for ~215 with 2300 bonus healing
After the update: ticks for ~490 with 2300 bonus healing

As you can see, these abilities are scaling far too well with healing. Resto-shammans are effectivly immune to physical dps classes with the way they are currently. If people doubt what I am saying then watch Ironmang tbc S4 pvp video and you will see numbers similar to before the core-update.

Thanks for the report. The coefficients have been modified -- however, when making a report like this, please provide at least a link to that movie you're talking about. Makes it sooo much easier than having to google old movies (you never find em.)

lock damage is too low before the core it was 4.7k inci's now its only 3k.

Edit: Should I report class specific bugs in the class-specific forums or here? (It seems bugs reported here get more attention and I have reported a few other druid and shaman bugs in the class specific section)

I haven't seen any change on Healing stream. Is this in fact getting a nerf? Granted, it's tossing out damn near renew like ticks, but it's extremely easy to shut down... a piece of wood with 5 health that anyone with a pet or a brain knows to destroy. I will say though, 579 ticks are rather amazing.

500 tick healing steam that heals the entire party for >1min at the cost of 115 mana is insane. Especially on a mail class with (bugged/+40%) earth-shield healing atm. Ohh and Windfury :P

Because of this war shaman is running rampant atm so a fix would be very nice.
