Quest Bug

Greetings, Ive been questing in Shadowmood valley and ive been doing quest for the Netherwing so I can get a Nether Drake, and I've come across a bug. The quest is called "Zuluhead the Wacked" and the quest giver is supposed to call his master so I can kill him and free the quest giver from him from his chains. He gives me the quest but doesnt call his master. A resolution for this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
