Pom-Pyro x2

What is the bug?
'Presence of Mind' talent + 'Pyroblast' spell.
Is it a spell or database issue?
Spell.
How can you reproduce it?
Have a mage pop POM and then quickly spam Pyroblast.
Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
The mage should fire one instant Pyroblast.
Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
If spammed, the macro launches two instant Pyroblasts.

The macro was something combining POM and Pyro, such as by spamming it, two Pyros benefit from POM.

Please test/fix this.

I tried it myself and it worked as i said above.
I said double insta-pyros and I meant double insta-pyros. Should i say it again or you're already half-way through your next i-know-it-all post?

An fire spec mage can do 3x pyro, but its forbidden
