Bugged quest item..( instant kill target below than 20%)..

so Sanctified Crystal work evry there and can kill target if they ahve 20% or low....many time see in ZA...when boss have 300k and instant death...so remove this NPC or Item......

For now I've disabled the spell from the item so players can no longer use it.

Because I had not reloaded the database table now, it is disabled now.
