If I were the gm's, delete it from the inscription trainer..
Because the glyph is still makeable..
So delete it before its getting abused..

Item has been tested by Endania and is confirmed to be working as intended. The ability to dispel without any debuffs hasn't been possible for a while now.

The glyph is back in the database and back on the vendor.
