Doesn't work. The proc comes up, But the next 2 spells don't treat it as frozen.

I have noticed this problem, but seems that only couple of us want this bug fixed. Others were too lazy to report it, and they respecced fire/arcane instead. I would like to add that Water Elemental is as well bugged: 1.It wont follow your char as it should (no matter how many times you click "follow") 2. It's spell "Freeze" sometimes doesn't affect targets in range of your aoe, even if your elemental is in cast range.
Hope that this will be fixed anytime soon! Until then I'll be lazy and facerolling with arcane. /evil laughter.
