Forbidden Multiboxer in EOTS

This is what I captured in EOTS. I see that multiboxing in PVP is bannable. I have attached the pictures. Don't tell me I'm wrong about Multiboxing, please...

Multiboxing is still allowed of course it will not be allowed anymore soon but the poll is still open and it's STILL being discussed so multiboxing is also still allowed
