Same BG, don't know if it's a bug but he was casting from up there.

the priest is holy so im guessing his talent bugged when he died. and as for the mage he slowed falled and got stuck im not sure how that happens i just know it happens to me sometimes when i do it in eots

Sometimes Levitate or Slowfall bugs out and then you will stay stuck in mid-air so that mage isn't really a hacker just a bug that occured.
