They Removed deathfrost ? meh. Go roll alliance SPriest or Shockadin join "ITS NOT ABUSE LOL" guild and get it.
It's disabled for the entire server, not just you.
This enchant was never meant to get out, but people keep getting it, enchanting their friends, etc. It's spreading so I've disabled the entire thing altogether.
