It's not intended since Blizzard doesn't has an HK cap so please come up with an actual valid reason (wich he don't have because there is none except for his buggy code) instead of an excuse.

If said company wants to keep the costumer in question, then yes. I don't think that applies in your case, not anymore at least.

I've pissed people off? You're trolling right? The only one that needs to be pissed off is: Me. I'm requesting this fix for the past 1,5 month now and thusfar I have send over 20 - 30 text messages, 10 e-mails and over 5 - 6 forum threads about this. That's only so because I'm getting completely ignored most of the times. I thusfar got 3 replies which concluded me to the following:

1. Henhouse is busy and cannot fix the issue which is weird because I'm pretty sure the HK cap is a custom code written by himself.
2. Ezatt pays or paid Henhouse to get a top of me, I'm starting to get the feeling this actually happens or happened. There is no other good explanation.

Also customer is king as long as he pays, pretty sure I still donate to the server just to get my stuff fixed yet it didn't work.

Are you kidding me? I'm 100% sure that Ezatt didn't pay Henhouse to get R1. Henhouse actually wanted to move you to the top - but since you keep annoying him - he denied it.

Would be cool that next time he does that, at least let me know than there was no reason to keep spamming/annoying him. If I would at least get informed that he was working on it than I would NOT have bothered him but since I got ignored I just kept spamming until I got a reply. That's what humans do if they don't get an answer they ask again and again until they get answered. Well not everyone works like this but I do especially at Smolderforge since my Transfer has been forgotten before I remember holding the record of longest transfer.

Also in the first reply he made he did not give me a second chance I also cannot remake my account so now it's impossible to get above him while I rightfully belong there.

I also donated over 900 bucks here, yes out of free will but when you share so much money with this server you also expect something to happen when was our last bug fix? I can't even remember, it was too long ago. If he would really use the donation money for Smolderforge than this server was way more improved and we at least had some active developers and Game Masters, which we do not have.

The benefit that I wanna cause now is the HK list properly scripted and I will donate for it.
