Yeah... that isn't going to fly very far. Besides, doesn't SF have the three strike rule, not "treat it like a DUI, slap on the wrist, free to go."Abwyz wrote:Solution is very easy, if there is an evidence of player camping GY and it is 1st time 1 day ban, 2nd time 3 days ban, 3rd time 1 week ban, 4rd time 1 month ban, 5th time perm ban. :)Henhouse wrote:This has been an ongoing problem for a long time, and continues to be one that apparently frames Smolderforge under bad name for new players. I am not sure how to even prevent this type of behavior. How do you make one want to only focus on battleground objectives? Clearly everyone is obsessed with honorable kills and killing players that have a lesser advantage than them.
Should be more along the lines of: Warning, 1d, 3d, Byebye. (Passion would evaporate inside a month, though) :((((((((((((
Also, yes, Hillsbrad. These tiny freaking zones are absolutely worthless. It only encourages one side to just camp their graveyard. It doesn't matter whether they get HKs or not, the fact they are slaughtering them with little to no effort is enough to keep them going.
And while you guys may argue over balance, I nearly live in that zone; Alliance has control of it for the first 5-10 minutes until Horde realizes the gate is open. That's it. They can push all they want, but ultimately, they still get pushed right back to the GY and farmed again. I used to have sympathy for them, but they keep jumping into a sea of red. Lemmings will be Lemmings, I guess.
