This player has Cocainebunny me as son of a bitch insulted by a cyclone in BG, without any reason something you do not need on the server.
He said it in German. Can be seen on the screenshot.

Last time I checked the /ignore function worked perfectly fine.
If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you..
