As Awoth already have stated, the Game Masters and Moderators do not have anything to do with quests and bugs. That's why you were directed to the forums. Now if you don't get an answer on those threads you can not go and blame the GMs.

There are only two (2) developers here on Smolderforge. They are Henhouse and Exsurgo. As you might understand, there is quite a lot to do on a Private Server and (once again as Awoth said) quests are not the main priority. An item you want might not be obtainable atm but it might be in the future (depending on the amount of work they have).

So there is no reason to rage towards GMs on the forums.
