sorry but Hydra's UI is the only other one I've seen that does shit like that, my bad if not.

Actually hydra does that cause its easier to track his cds, if u look at old hydra movies where he's using more addons (hydra5) he has the spells with cd second time near his proximo.
Again i dont think its so smart since there are different addons just for that.. u can leave only the cd spells visible on your cast bars witch makes it alot easier.

well one of the reason is for cds yeah i quite like it..at a quick look can see whats down and whats up even tho i use CD pulse
