How to change from one spec to another and stay with the same icons\items\spells layout:
Using a screenshot & WinRoll transparency freeware:
Greyed out\transpanrent icons are from the screenshot that's below the transparent WoW window
So basically I just put WoW on windowed (full screen size) mode with border, then I do wheel click on the window name, and did ALT+TAB to my fullscreen windows photo viewer with the layout screenshot, then I ALT+TAB to WoW again and there will be the photo in the background of the transparency
