i usually open on druids with garrote + expose armor followed by vanish CS. auto attack with occasional shiv and GS and KS the moment he shifts to heal. but you could always fake shift to bear 3-4 times in the hope that i'd KS the bear. just make sure not to drop all the way to around 40% health before doing it. ^-^

sometimes i blind after the KS is gone, and while keeping energy fairly high, gouge + expose the gouge as soon as he trinkets, followed by a vanish garrote (if the druid doesnt have too much resil).

i guess what mostly throws off rogues is a lot of faking
