Whats a nerf/buff you'd implement if there was patch 2.4.5?

Curious to know!

Personally, I'd buff ret paladins Sanctified Judgement to 100% over 80% mana refund.

I feel ret paladins are so tight on mana for a supportive front line class, that they struggle greatly. With this in mind, it won't punish ret paladins to use judgments, and to sit on seals in fights.

Incoming battle of Blizzlike vs Not Blizzlike

I remember that AT had some custom changes in game mechanics. Well, if it works, why not?

Before they merged with molten, they had a custom 3.3.5b patch, where they made some tweaks to class talents/abilities, to either tackle stupid shit, or to make underdog builds more viable. I'm generally opposed to these type of changes, but a lot of the stuff they did was rather cool.

Generally, I'd like to see rng toned down. Make 100% hit chance obtainable, remove/redesign talents that reduces hit chance, make Cloak of Shadows 100% immunity, redesign talents like Frostbite and Aftermath (in the lines of what was done in wrath/cata, even if imp. cone was rather silly). A lot of stuff can be done here, I think you get my point.

I'd also like to see resilience re-scaled to make it stand toe-to-toe with offensive stats, while also taking healing efficiency into consideration.

Other than that, just even out class/build viability. Target resto druids and sub rogues with reasonable nerfs, while still retaining their playstyle and feel. Then target the less viable builds with reasonable buffs, either solidifying their roles in a pvp environment, or just give them the extra push they need to give them a fair representation. Tbc is so insanely monotone in its class representation, to a degree where it alone can make the game boring.

Redesigning/tweaking various racial abilities would also be nice. There's quite a lot of shit that would be nice.

I'd start by doing what Blizz did going into Wrath and change all "chance to resist" talents to "reduces duration of". And cap the amount of times you an be pushed back on a spell.

Then I'd probably put some talents further down their trees to avoid PoM Pyro and SL/SL specs and do something to Resto druids and sub rogues like Cube said, exactly what I'd do is tough to say since small changes can ruin everything. For sub I think the easiest thing is to remove all the agility increasing talents so they can't stack so much of it. Or perhaps they'd be more balanced if the poisons weren't so damn strong, like if wound didn't deal damage (still applied heal effect) or if the slow on crippling wasnt so huge.

Buff resilience and somewhat "tweak" dot scaling.

Fewer rng-based things.
We all are ok to insta ban Wambo on patch 2.4.4 tho.

I just want it like right before wrath launch. Level 70 with wrath talents. With that, as mentioned:

*cloak of skill (shadows) 100%.
*spell hit/miss talents tweaked
*enable 100% spell hit cap for pvp.

Buuut I know that's probably not going to happen.

Fun times though. Ret at 70 with divine storm. Ouch. Xaru would come back and wreck us all. Go all leeroy with twice the consumable use than me. Lol.
