Advantages of Cross-Faction BG as previously stated:
1.) Lower BG Q' times
Impact: Increased amount of BG's. Server Activity. Happier Player(s). More reason to hop on server to play.

2.) Consensus: Majority are for it.
Impact: It's a community decision. Why not?

3.) Faction war minimized
Impact: Focus is PvP.

4.) Diversity
Impact:
-It is humanities greatest weapon and asset against any adversity./True story
-Promotes new+efficient ideas as it brings a deeper perspective to the server. Further distinguishing its uniqueness among others.

Disadvantages:
1.) No faction War

2.) Reduced RP
Pardon me but how is it affected by Cross-faction BG?

Concerns: If it IS implemented. Mini-premades are possible correct? 2-5. IMO it should be.

-I'm all about continuous process improvements and I can see potential with Smolderforge.
I've been here for several months now and enjoy it. Since I want to make it better my intention is to make it better for myself, the community, and Smolderforge.

-One of the biggest let-downs for me/us at the moment is the long wait for BG pops.
After a professional days work or what not sitting down and waiting shortly for a BG Q pop is enough satisfaction to maintain a dose of PvP as i/we unleash the stress/addiction or whatever.
Then we go about our business through-out the day.
Often times it is too long and I end up not getting 'some'.

It'd be ideal in the long run. We've had discussions on the forums regarding cross-faction BGs a couple of times and the consensus is that most people do want cross-faction BGs. Or atleast all the sensible people.

It's actually somewhat fun to read the bullshit of people who oppose it, like this one guy said its "mathematically illogical to have cross-faction battlegrounds". Like what the fuck? Most of it is just bullshit. "You can't have hordes kill hordes!" Who the fuck cares if it means the teams in a BG would finally be equal.

Long ago, there were many things I wanted this server to do that would increase it's playability 100%, now I think all of those things are done except the very first one in everybody's mind, cross-faction. It makes zero fucking sense to keep things as they are and have no queues for 6 hours a day and anybody who isn't obsessed with roleplaying or who isn't obsessed with farming rival guilds (cough Firstaidshit cough Ezatt) wants cross-faction, and has wanted it for a long time.

This question has been spammed before.

As I see it, now with the Solo Queue 3v3 and such a sparse population, it would just be strategically smart to have Crossfaction Battlegrounds here. It's far less PvP guilds here now, also many less active ones, it feels like many players log on less than usual, or they actually do so. The queues have always been horrible on horde side but now you have to pre-sign a battleground to even be able to play more than one each hour because of lack of players a.k.a there is no reason to play at all. Also there is less battlegrounds active now because of the Solo Queue 3v3 in general.

For me, the only "good" reason would be that they can't implement Crossfaction Battlegrounds because they don't know how to do it. I can't really see any positive reason not to implement it. Ruining the structure or anything similar is just..

Like I've said in all of the other threads, I see no reason why this shouldn't be implemented.
And please, don't come up with this "faction war" bullshit.

It will bring a deeper perspective in our server and will make it more unique. The faction wars are bs imo cos i know for a fact that most of us talk trash to each other, but when the game starts it all ends and it's surprising how well we can gel. I would love to see cf bgs and i think that "mistakenly" it was enabled for a bg or two. Then the statement was that it just was a "joke" :D

At the past i was againist this idea, but with nowaday's conditions it looks like really needful thing and awesome way to deal with 40min queues. Like you guys said above, literally all pvp-guilds are not so active as they were 1-2 years ago, so actually nobody gives a fuck now. Moreover, with new race change npc you anyway can be forced to play with people who u hated when they played alliance, so no difference :D
Only question i want to now answer for - would it cause any problems with 2-5 ppl queuing in party or not^^
