Server changelog

Can a dev make the bug fixes live by himself or do they have to pass the Henry filter ? :D
They go through me, and that is best for now. We've already seen a least 2 fixes cause some serious unforeseen consequences and affect server stability, so it's best they go through and have at least 2 eyes looking at them, and patching them into our core.
A lot of the changes he's said "fixed" on have already gone live, actually. I felt it was easier to roll things out slowly and see what all works, than make a changelog instead of dump 20+ fixes or so all at once. I'll probably be updating it tonight.
