I need help guys :(

So I am new to Smolderforge, ( I saw it on youtube) and wanted to join well I went through all of the downloads and all of the other stuff it took hours btw, anyways so now I got the game to work but when I try to log in it says something about a Blizzard Authentication Code. I don't have a authenticator someone please help me :( !

I recommend using wow.exe instead of blizzard launcher to run your client so you don't download further patches by an accident.

Sounds like you downloaded retail, and not TBC at all. Authenticators were never even implemented into the TBC core so that's not possible you have the right client at all.

I downloaded this one and copied the text to the realmlist.wtf and when I tried to save said I did not have permission to do so.

I downloaded the one on http://www.smolderforge.com/site/home/downloads (the torrent one)
