hey

i sended a email to [email protected] but didnt get an answer, when do I expect one?
im already waiting for 1 week

Greetings, I'd say it depends on the email's content and your support request. You should keep in mind that tons of emails are submitted everyday just like yours, alongside our real life duties. Therefore, I kindly ask you to be patient and you'll be supported sooner or later.

Do not submit multiple emails for sure.

On retail I once waited 1 month for the support to answer my email and like 24 hours for a ticket to be answered, funny thing is I was afk when the gm finally whispered me so he deleted the ticket and I had to wait another 5 hours.

You can expect better support than that, that's for sure.
